The Grand Canyon Historical Society Annual Picnic and Awards Ceremony  July 12 included presentation of this year’s awards: the Pioneer Award to Tom Myers and the Hall of Fame Award to Clarinda and John Vail.

The event took place at at Shoshone Point on the South Rim and included a brief update from GCHS President Tom Sulpizio.
