Fall shuttle bus service begins September 12 and will continue through November 30, 2026. The Tusayan Route will end for the 2026 season on Friday, September 11.

 Fall Shuttle Bus Schedule: 

·     Village (Blue) Route: 7 a.m.–9 p.m. Service operates every 12–15 minutes throughout the day.

 ·     Kaibab (Orange) Route: 6 a.m.–one hour after sunset. Service operates every 15–20 minutes throughout the day.

 ·     Hermit (Red) Route: 8 a.m.–one hour after sunset. Service operates every 12 minutes until sunset, with the final bus sweeping the route one hour after sunset.

 ·     Hiker’s Express: 6, 7 and 8 a.m. The Hiker’s Express begins at the Bright Angel bus stop and also serves the Backcountry Information Center, Visitor Center and South Kaibab Trailhead.
