The Tusayan Fire District's new ladder truck is ready for action. Fire Chief Greg Brush was able to buy it for just $10,000 even though it is worth about $80,000. Brush thaks Little Miami Fire and Rescue in Ohio for selling the truck at such a discounted price. He also thanked the Tusayan Town Council for continued financial support that made the purchase possible.

The new truck has a 75 foot ladder, tall enough to handle any building in the community. Brush took the truck to Town Hall October 10th to give the mayor and council a tour.
