Michael Taylor Architects will likely be hired to design Tusayan’s new Town Hall. The Prescott-based firm, which has worked in Tusayan on past projects, says it will take about 12 weeks to design the facility, and construction could take as long as 78 weeks according a project milestone memo sent to the Town. On December 9th the Council reviewed the contract, and the Town Manager said some formalities need to be worked out before it's signed.

The project is located on the former Seven Mile Lodge site which has been cleared and is ready for development.
