Grand Canyon National Park is enforcing strict water conservation measures as of August 13, 2026, due to a major rupture in the Transcanyon Waterline that has severely depleted South Rim storage.

Water service has been restored in the inner canyon and is now available at Manzanita Rest Area, Cottonwood Campground, the Bright Angel Campground, the Delta Restrooms, and Boat Beach.

Water service in the Town of Tusayan is NOT impacted.
