Mayor Greg Bryan’s recent trip to Washington DC included more than just tourism issues. He also chatted with members of Arizona’s congressional delegation about the Stilo project. The Mayor said, “We simply brought them up to speed up to where the process is and acknowledged that there’s nothing they can do right now, but they were very concerned especially with the departure of the Forest Service Supervisor (Mike Williams) and has the history but there were no decisions made. It was just bringing them up to the process and letting them know that the scoping process and public input was taking place.”

The Mayor was in Washington as part of the American Hotel and Lodging Association Action Summit.
